  1. They did one and got tired sports players can do 5-15 of these depending on the sport and what level you play at football does it every 5 yards for the whole field but we usually only do like 2 or 3

  2. every volleyball player knows the feeling when your team starts slacking w passes and your coach is like "alright ladies, suicides" honestly the despair you all collectively feel is great team bonding. ALSO the collective hatred for someone when someone doesn't touch and call the line.

  3. I joined a basketball training. And it almost fucking killed me! Running with no stop! For example my teammate ran and then im next and it keeps happening over and over! We cant even drink water!

  4. Maaannnn, I played competitive soccer for 9 years. Sucides is what you did, and we had to run the length of the soccer field. I low-key laughed when I saw this video.

  5. I remember when we had to practice for a basketball competition and coach told us to do 6 each person under fucking 5 mins
    I died

  6. In football I had to do suiced sprints. We went to the 5, then the 10, then 15, then 20, then 25. That means we did 150 yards

  7. on my basketball team we weren't getting along so we had to run 30 suicides. it was so terrible but then we got along much better afterwards
