  1. Congratulations to him on his bronze medal and everything. But why are we so mesmerized that this guy won third place? I didn't watch the Olympics. I don't generally give a crap about who wins what sporting competition. I'm pretty sure that sports are just like the games back in the Roman times. They are something that is used distract the population from what's really going on and prevent them from realizing that they're being robbed blind. So I don't really understand the fanfare around sports. Especially not when we spent billions of taxpayer dollars so that billionaires that own sports teams can have stadiums and get tax breaks. Do you know how many hundreds and billions of dollars the Olympics are going to cost the citizens of Los Angeles in 4 years and then when the Olympics leaves all that stuff will just be left. I bet you they're not going to build any affordable housing to get rid of the homeless people. They will literally just arrest them to get them off the streets or pack them up into buses and ship them to some other city. But yeah, why not celebrate somebody that won a gold medal? Or why not celebrate somebody that brought food to some old folks in their town after working an 8-hour job to support their family?

  2. Honeslty I can see how the rubiks cube thing correlates to the athleticism. To reach an Olympic level you HAVE to wanna be the best at what you do.

  3. My two favorite athletes at these games are Rhys McClenaghan and Stephen Nedoroscik and they're both specialists on the pommel horse and they are both champions!!!! What a treat !!!
