19. Many years ago when I was in elementary school (mid 80s to early 90s), they sold them in the girls' bathrooms. I can remember going in there once to buy one on a dare, which we then took to the boys' bathroom and tossed in the urinal. We cracked up when we saw it expand. This is just a nice memory of some harmless mischief from my childhood, but I'm sure Republicans would say the devil was in me. And apparently the school, too, for providing them.

27. If you read the law, it IS required in boys bathrooms. Local districts have flexibility only in the amount they provide (I.e., can put less in the boys’ than girls’)
